I have to admit, today I got anxious about moving. I picked up some boxes and trying to widdle down my closet for the travel clothes and pack up what I don't need. I am slowly organizing things and don't want to live in a place all month that is undecorated and packing. Today however, I got a bit "How am I gonna do this?"
I wanted to write for this will be coming and going for me and I don't want to move in anxious energy. I have been anxious often in my life and it is something I know how to calm after years of homeopathy and being aware. It is such a wirey energy and I don't feel good in it. So the first thing I did was stop what I was doing, and sit down and breathe deep a few times. I know you hear it often but it works. I settle myself, tap into myself, take control over the feeling so I can get back to smooth. I also said a few, "You got this", as I caressed my forearms, (a Havening practice for the parasympathetic shift) and realized it's all ok. You need to really stop, check in and bring yourself back. Patterns are on their own frequency and it takes awareness and redirecting yourself to change negative emotions. Anxiety is fear of the future and I don't need to have that. It is not a fearful future. It is an uncertain one with details but the direction and end goal is to live in the most perfect place around family. You have to get in there and remember the truth of things. Our mind loves to go down a rabbit hole and it doesn't know the answer so it gets in a tiff. I tell my mind it can rest for a minute. It doesn't have to do everything. We are in a feeling experience and we need to keep bringing ourselves back to the feeling experience. I don't want anxiety. I do want to feel like things will work out perfectly for they will. That panic, that something will go wrong and the stress of it is so unsettling. I did oxybreathes, many to really feel my system shift to parasympathetic. Slowly, securing, redirecting my jittery self. I love the Triple Flame App. It's part of the Gene Keys a system I highly recommend if your into knowing yourself deeper. It goes off through out the day and I often jump in and do a 3, 5 or longer meditation, they have many options. I don't always but as I was shifting through this today, I did do a 3 minute guided one that really settled me. These are the things you do if you don't want to be on medication. We all run into emotions that are intense. But you are not your feelings, you are in charge of them. We need to notice and then take the break to remember you have a best self with you at all times. One that is looking out for you. Break out and take as long as it takes to find that divine spark that knows exactly what to do. And it is not anxious! I stepped back, recreated the best scenario in my head to where I felt better about it all again. Deep breathes and focusing on your body are the ticket. So simple really and yet we often just don't do it. I have learned this is the first plan of action when you notice your feelings don't feel good. I call it the "checkin". Notice, feel, express if I must and get present through breath. I remind myself that micro-actions and movements are how you build strong. No rush. No panic. Smooth flowing energy feels best. I then consider how can I make my next action or step or what I am called to do next, pleasurable? How can I have fun, be artistic or playful at it not matter what it is. That moves that flowing energy forward, the joy vibe. There it is folks. I talked you through my latest anxiety moment. It came in hard as I was ordering things. I do want to enjoy each day. I do want to enjoy my last bit of time here in my sweet lil place that I love with a view to live for! So I must manage myself. When you learn to do it emotionally, which is energetically, or energy management. You find you have more energy as it is not all in adrenal craziness. You are riding the glide so you are not producing all the energy. You are moving slower, appreciating, enjoying, being in the moment and what you are doing. This is how I want to ride and we all can do it. I forgot to mention Homeopathy. I remembered and took some Aconite and Gelsemium. That can be found at good stores in the supplement section. That is for Fear and Anxiety. The other one that could suit is Calc Carb. That is for overwhelm, too big of a "to do "list. Many need this these days. I wasn't feeling overwhelmed it was fear and anxiety but I imagine as I go through this process, I may use that. Also, I put on some calming chipper music. That is a good way to get a flow. Sparkle up. There is no need for anxiety to run you. You can step out, check in and regroup. Ride the wave of emotion baby. Don't get stuck in the low. See it, shift it and flow to a new emotion. It is your choice.
