Health and well being is a culmination of many levels. I have curiously studied this topic my whole life. I enjoy homeopathy, energy medicine on all levels, movement, spiritual study, many healing arts and enjoying all life's moments.  My daughter brought a system to me that I thoroughly investigated water quality for my own health.
In doing all this investigation, I realized just how important hydration was.
I also realized that I drank lots of water yet was dehydrated.
