As woman we are the catchers of all issues. We find time to serve our neighbors, families, children, friends, community and random others. There is great loveliness in this and it is part of our role here as nourishers. There is a line that we have to be very aware of. Our training has taught us to serve all above ourself. This is not how it works.
There is a law, take care of yourself first so you can better serve others. This is a challenge to learn but you must take the path to really see if these things serve you? Of course our instincts and nourishing role naturally calls us to support others, being concerned that if we don't who will. That is a lovely trait until it effects our well being. We know how the martyr role goes and we end up depleted with no one to fuel us. To avoid this, there are times where we can't help, shouldn't be part of nourishing another and it is ok.
We have to find that place inside us that gives us, our energy, our health value equal to others. If we run out, we can serve no one. It is like the car without gas. You have to go fill it. So consider that is as important as helping others. Helping ourselves is our responsibility or we become part of the "others" that need nourishing. So fill up yourself first. Find ways to say no when it is not going to feel good to yourself to help. It is a training, a practice to go through this at first, but it pays off. Your intuitive nature becomes more active and you find your own answers valuable.
Sometimes others need to be serving, people need to find their own way and resources and we need to step back and allow the challenge to teach others ways to their power. So it is truly important to find these lines that we determine from within, using our heart as a guide. Helping another to our own depletion is not the way it works. It is in truthful giving, when we feel good to support, that it works as the nourishing circle we are part of. So be prepared to find that way with yourself and others.
We all know when we serve and it fills us up to be able to do such for another. We also know when we have barely anything to give and we do give and we find ourselves resentful or looking for a payback. That is not real giving. It is our job to give fully and freely. When we can't then it is our job to use our nourishing way on ourselves until we can get back to rightful giving.
Learn the truth to service for yourself. it will give your greater joy and energy as you do support others. You will find you love your life, you love the way you support and you will love yourself for knowing when and how to do that best. It is a practice so play with it! You can find the right line and it will be freeing!
Beauty is all about us at any giving moment. Whether it is nature, a gorgeous building or home, an idea someone shares, fashion, jewelry, art, oh so much beauty all around. We wonder how to have more beauty and there is an easy way to participate in it. Notice it!
It is as simple as that. See beauty everywhere! In seeing beauty it inspires beauty within. It gives us a good feeling inwardly. Once we get the feeling of beauty at something outside, create the feeling of beauty inside, we exude this joyful feeling. In essence it is the beauty within. In reality, as you feel beauty even if it is not of yourself, it creates you to look more beautiful. Beauty is beauty is beauty. So by noticing it, generating the feeling, you relax, create oxytocin and actually feel more beautiful. The loveliness is that you look more beautiful as well. It is an energy. You can easily grow that vibration within and about you.
It seems so simple yet it is the sparkle in the eyes! You know how you feel when you see a beautiful things, it energetically effects you. You take the beauty of it in, you become that energy, you exude that feeling, that energy. It is felt by others and they sense the beauty, they see it as you! Kind of fun!
It is the law of within without. Get the feeling inwardly and it is naturally projected out. Get the feeling outwardly and bring it in which then projects it out. We could play with this so many ways. To see beauty, to notice, to participate is to be beauty. It creates relaxation, calmness, the euphoria feeling. Woman are masters at this!

I love being a woman because it is a natural artistic endeavor. We beautify everything! Our homes, our plates, our environments with colors, fabric, art, tastes, scents and warmth. We are the great creators of life so it is natural for us. Sink into that and forget all the messages that say you are not creative. You are one through your biology so own it!
A way I love my life and myself is through using myself as the art to be created each day. Whether we use makeup, clothes, jewelry or shoes, we are like a moving piece of art. When I feel beautiful, I am so powerful. I can create that whenever I want through all those adornments! Hairdos, curling irons, straightners, eye shadow, lipstick, all of it. Our pallate unending.
So remember that as you get ready each day, a few extra minutes to spruce up so you feel good, powerful, beautiful and magic is so easy! We are our own canvas and can change our moods, feelings, look so easily. It is fun, we enjoy it and it doesn't have to take a ton of time. it is a way to love ourselves, build our magnetism and be our beautiful creative selves. It is such an easy tool! We know all this and use it here and there. But claim this power of yourself. Create yourself each day so you feel your power and wonder.
Colors create a mood, zany jewelry gives us a different feel, play clothes vs conservative, heavy make up or no make up, bangles or refined pearls. This gives us joy, magic oxytocin of relaxation, feeds our creative spirit and fuels our power as well as magnetic field.
