I have always been interested in health. It seemed like the thing to know as you grew up. To be in shape and look pretty as well as use all the energy you have in youth. I found myself active, learning about eating, using my body to its best. We played on the weekends and during the week.
I have made this a mission to share health as I find it. I sell Kangen water, have a podcast The Magical Holistic Healing Arts, I coach and have a myriad of other arts I use to educate on health. It comes in many forms and covers all levels. It is intriguing a topic that never ends. I like delving into it as part of my fun and philosophy to love and celebrate life. We all know that many would trade money for health if that was an option. To me it is the currency par excellence. Does it mean I have been totally healthy my whole life? Of course not. I don't know anyone who hasn't had to adjust their conditions to support health at some point in life. We are a physical form so it is bound to leave at some point so taking care of it for the best life seems the game. I also have learned more about health through having issues. I don't know if it is so easy to be healthy with the barrage of the many environmental factors we face. Air, food, water, all getting socked with chemical injections. At this moment in time it is especially important. I inspire you to realize you are in a animal body. It is much like any other pet, your body. Be kind to it, learn of its nature and enjoy its presence and how it feels and tastes the world. I think we are often in our heads cut off from really being in the body. Nature helps us immediately get into our body so we remember what all the senses turned on feels like. It is a sacred gift and vessel and it has a consciousness too. Learn how to treat it for its best life as you would a pet! We can make friends with our body and it has many answers for us on the physical plane. It is its stomping grounds. It can support itself if you listen to what it needs. This a huge step toward wealth in health. Working with your innate health system as a friend or comrade on the mission to do all the physical layer work. Listen to our podcast to get some great tips on all kinds of health, healing, practices, perspective shifts. It has keep me on my feet. It opens my mind and brought new perspectives on how to look at health and illness. Process your emotions. Find ways through whatever works to dial into your emotions more richly, consciously. Wonder why they are there and let them go after a feel. We don't need to suppress emotions as it is not good medicine. Knowing what you feel when and perhaps seek why. The feelings are environmental sensors for us. If you get weird it is because your body is trying to tell you something. If you get negative, it is potentially a protective moment. When you feel joy and flow, you are in the right place. They are indicators as to what direction to go. Also letting us know when we are not feeling safe. This is a great protective measure. Relax into life. We all hear it and even I who has been playing with relax for over 10 years as a oxytocin health state, still to learn this energetically and deeply every day. It is a state. I don't believe we were really taught to be in our bodies as it was created. To relax every cell of your body, trust in life and use the clarity from that state to move forward. This is a worthy practice. I keep learning more ways to relax and how unrelaxed I am in general. I also learn ways to get deeper into the pleasure of it. This is powerful health, healing and life energy. Relax doesn't mean do nothing. It is a state where what you are doing doesn't matter as much as you do it in as much ease as you can. Less tension and tightness. Tai Chi taught me a great lesson in this oxytocin state of relax, rest, digest, relate, befriend state. The speed of the moves and the swings we do, remind me what pace to be moving in. Our world is in a spin. I know how to move at the pace but it is too fast to really be clear and intentional fully. The Tai Chi energy, as I call it, is when we are relaxed but alert. We are prepared for anything and it is not a defensive state. it is open and fluid. Swing your arms back and forth, feel the pace of that energy and spent time moving at that pace. Far more gets done and you are less stressed. The Flow state. That is wealth in health. Do daily visualization. Meditate, write down, draw, quiet yourself, however that works for you and really envision what loving life looks like. What's it feel like? What would I be doing.? What would my emotions be? Dream and revel in the energy. I do this with The Center for Creators. They have open visualization calls 3 times a week. We do this in group energy. Any way you do it. Do it. This adds health. See your health, your beauty, your strong being. Hydrate to health. This is a simple yet powerful tool I have learned in the last two years. Especially being in the foothills of Colorado. Dry and less oxygen. The Kangen water has helped me never get altitude sickness. I continue to always hydrate as I move in altitudes. The water in our bottles, often from our taps and in general is as bad as soda on the acid level. If you buy alkaline water, the alkalinity is created by additives. Electrically Reduced Hydrogen Water is the best by far for energy and hydrating on the cellular level. I love it! Do pay attention to your water and upgrade for consistent health. Move is my final comment on health. It has been a life's work to promote healthy living. All the things I have done in life are to enjoy it and feel healthy. You need to explore with your body. However that comes forth for you, just move. Hiking, exercising, walking, running, dancing, bird watching, skipping, fishing, whatever brings joy in, Do it. Do it often and in fun. Feel good as and after you care for yourself in such a playful manner. Move the body as it is meant to move. Make it fun and explore it and the outdoors while your at it. Double health. Adventure in the body is wealth and what is is designed to do. You need to feel good to be able to participate in any kind of wealth. Expansion is necessary if you want to feel wealthy and healthy. That includes new ideas, mind sets and challenging your ways. No one knows everything or ever will. This world is unfolding into something new all the time. Be open to really play with it all in curiosity and openness to expand. That is what Jupiter the biggest planet here represents. Expansion. There is great wealth in health. When we feel good, look good, vibe high, we live life at it's level. We do things we love, we make money with ease enjoying those things and create financial wealth. A new year and whether you change or not, you are a new you! We are always moving, changing and regenerating our cells so this year will be a new you on the physical level. Aligning your body, emotions and mind with your goals or intentions for powerful shifts, the energy masters taught me. Often we have an idea in our mind but our emotions are not on board or maybe the emotions are but not the body. The key is to have them all focused and committed to the same idea. This moves things clearly, fast and in less effort.
My tips for health in the new year seem very basic but the simple, basics are what shift most. Micro changes in the right direction are how this animal body expands to new habits. Keep it simple and easy and off you go!! Hydrate This has been the most transforming learning of the last 2 years. Drinking enough water, good water and antioxidant hydrogen water can transform your body. I have been amazed at the weight loss, energy, skin beauty and overall health just one elixir provides. Highly recommend!! Movement Switch up the movement! Do something different and new. I started doing an ecliptical in my gym. It is funny for I don't really like it but after the second day, I felt things in life shift on other levels. Sometimes when we are stuck or lethargic, doing anything new brings in new energy and can shift. I suddenly got some movement on business and connections. I knew instinctively it was because I just shifted my movement. I would also suggest this 4 minute workout to oxygenate you throughout your day. I am quite lazy or like my outdoor movement vs workouts. This is a great way to create a shift in your body, energize and oxygenate if you have been in the same position for a while. Love this!! Variety in Eating Switch up things each week! Eat the rainbow of fruits and veggies. We can get stuck in making the same dishes or dinners, lunches, breakfasts. Change it up for different nutrients and flavors to expand you! Some new things I don't like but I try new things each grocery store run. Don't eat things from a box or prepared. Fresh food turns on your taste buds. I love chia seeds as they are a great breakfast and they really support digestion. Try new things and a new body will emerge! Visualize What You Want!! I have shared this before but it is so powerful! I have 6 alarms on my phone at my magical numbered times. When that alarm goes off, I stop, close my eyes and begin gratitude, visualization of what I want, conjuring the abundance and greatness as if that has occurred, the frequency of it. I take two or so minutes at times, others I go off in a long list. This reset throughout the day supports me. It interrupts or disrupts patterns in a tough situation or attitude I could be in. It supports your body to get to oxytocin, parasympathetic nervous system of renew, rejuvenate. This allows the body to get our of cortisol. It creates habits of good, positive vibe versus our regular doubtful or annoying negative patterns. See your sexy, healthy body!! Have More Fun! The world has been anything but fun! However, that truly doesn't have to stop you. Fun can be so easy as laughter! They say the highest vibration or frequency is laughter. So enjoy yourself. The outside world doesn't have to run you. Find simple ways to enjoy life! I giggle alot! I go in nature often to have fun. I try new things and investigate new paths of knowledge or interests to have fun. I just go play like I am a child. This brings in oxytocin, shifts out of cortisol, relaxes your body and brings in the rejuvenation of body. Enjoy life! The Pleasure of Being Alive!! Learn of Energy! This is the most powerful thing I learned! How to ride the emotional nature in the way it was meant to move me. Emotions are energy moving. This is the passion, the energy that moves us to anything. Thoughts do nothing, the feelings have to make it move. I learned this from the Himalayan Masters and it has brought me the biggest shift in all life. I teach this, coach this and offer it whenever I can to others. This feeling nature is the vibration or frequency all speak of. Use crappy emotions to transform, ie, workout, chop wood, whatever needs power. This clears that hard, slow moving energy daily so you can ride the more inspiring vibes. With all these versions of dis ease about us, it pays to be very conscious of our body being and field. Take care of yourself first! Be strong and vital so we can help others together. If it all gets too much, take a well deserved rest and imagine. New things are coming so we may as well engage in cocreation by prepaving our positive images into the quantum field! Great love and magic will be in 2022! It has been an odd time and the world so shifting and turning. I certainly jumped to move at a time where community seems so important. I have much less here and am slowly building live friends. I have however been blessed with community across the world with the internet and my latest business endeavors.
I inspire you to reach out and find new ways of community of like minded at this time. There is differences glaring everywhere but with community, you can find people who can support you to be yourself. We are shifting our world, values, standards, how we are treated and how we treat. Being in like minded groups gives you support even if no one around can. I have been inspired by many in my communities that would even not appear much like me. But connecting on some common goals, values or ideals you want to bring in the world is deliciously satisfying. The latest great group I am part of, The Center for Creators has expanded me in many ways. I participate in their visualizations and group chats. It is a stretch some topics but I learn things that will be purposeful. I am the Holistic Healing Director for their metaverse and retreat center to be built. I find I learn so much in many areas on how to be part of a great team supporting others to create their dreams and be a clan of high producers. It opens me to topics I would otherwise ignore and now I am on the cutting edge. I invite you to be part of this high impact group. My youthful fun business group, the Evolution Era inspires me as most are much younger than me. The way they share water online, educate, motivate and inspire is phenominal. They can figure systems and ways to spread ideas far faster than my generation. It is fun to see youth, be part of their world and learn from them. It inspires me that there is a generation out there with ideas like me and beyond. Yippee! For a minimum monthly fee you can learn to make money on line with any product although we use it for our water business. Our Healing Guide of our podcast The Magical Holistic Healing Arts, is another community that I actively participate in. Learning each week from those who promote health and wellbeing and how they can add to our understanding of our sacred body. All kinds of ideas are investigated there for us to learn and share with others. As illness, debates on treatments, very black and white thinking about issues, we open and expand our listeners. No one treatment or advice works for everyone in any field. Taking responsibility and learning of your body is the best path to well being in these times of odd illness. We all have our every day crowd that we see at the store, in the office, on the way to the car. at the mailbox. It is good to be pleasant and I feel like knowing my neighborhood is smart these days. Being connected to others which is ultimately the best commodity we got going. Other people. I hope you take the time to consider your groups, the crowds you cultivate around you and feel good about. We are all capable in this time to be our strength. We need wits and connections. We need to have a voice but have it heart inspired and resonating. Everyone is looking for peaceful places for many of the places that were peaceful are not. You can be a peaceful presence in a community that inspires you. We all can add to the high vibe energy by seeing beauty, being kind and reflecting on how we will participate. That's what I am doing. It is serving me well. However, I get my share of odd anger out of no where. I am working to be peace and not add unto the division. Build loving, directed community friends to inspire you as all marches forward.
