When I randomly heard this word, I think from the Mind Valley owner, Vishen Lakhiani. I was just over the top! I loved it! A blissipline! Dedicated to finding bliss, being bliss, sharing bliss! This was so up my ally! I love words and the vibe of energy they give me and this is a keeper!
Imagine if you had to blissipline rather than discipline?? This was a great shift of both words that I will use to inspire myself! It just changes everything to me! I think words have such power! We interviewed a Story Worker, Sammi, @sammisaysjump, who shared the power of words with us. It was a beautiful remember. This story of blissipline is far more beautiful than discipline for me. Making that my north just feels joyous, right and fun!
Instead of working out with discipline imagine if you worked to find bliss as you moved your body to health? What a different joy and inspiration we would have in physical movement! Imagine if you had blissipline with work? You would create with work and joy as one. Really enjoy your work! Imagine if you had blissipline with your relationships? Making sure that you connected in love and caring. All your relationships supported you forward. Imagine blissipline in all your day? A plan to find bliss and joy in all you engage in? Just delicious! Imagine Blissipline with yourself? You commit to having bliss toward you and all you do!
As I moved to Colorado, I had an opportunity to start over in a new state! I decided an upgrade in all things was to be and so I proceeded. I didn't want to work too much but still make money to have a balanced , luxurious life. I wanted to be sure I had down time, nature time, movement time, connection time, work time and service time. I have accomplished all these by using blissipline! If I get stressed or tripped out, I stop and harbor in. If bliss starts fading, I take the time to find it again. This is the rest that is productive! It has supported me in great ways .
Micro changes is how we add new habits and switch up our programs. This discipline of bliss is an easy micro change that switches things tremendously. I like practical, powerful, easy shifts that can really adjust life to newness and success. Here is one. I hope you all find as good a shift in it as I do!

I wish I knew when I was younger that self care was survival! To take care of yourself, needs and desires first, the rule of vitality and longevity among other health benefits. To feel nourished, cared for, supported, beautiful, high vibe, begins with fulfilling your needs to feel safe.
Whatever that is to you, you must provide it for yourself. Others can back you up and support you, but safety is different to us all. Our latest podcast with a girl in recovery from brain injury. hit the nail on the head. Those in chronic pain and all of us, need to feel safe and self sufficient in some way. Know that we care for ourselves by seeking ways to it. Not in monetary terms, but it could include that for we are all different. We know that money guarantees nothing so it is the deeper essence. The security that we can give ourselves what we need. We put ourselves in a safe situation and from there we can flourish. It is survival to feel you can manage what comes.
I do a lot for myself now that I am older and have time too. When I was younger, I was so busy doing that I exhausted myself and wondered how to not be so worn out? The ticket is do less and do what you like. There is always a few things we don't enjoy but safety is the power to be in jobs, neighborhoods, friends, lovers that we like and feel good around. That is our only task. Do the things that make you feel good. Our training told us to do all these other things. Some that make you feel good but many that do not and are "said" this must be done to be ....... blah blah.
My hope for this next generation is that they do take time to understand themselves which takes down time. The pace must be different. You can get the same amount of things done at a slower more focused space. The world doesn't inspire that smell the roses but indeed that is the ticket to energy management and completion of things. Work smart as we call it. We have balance and joy as we do work and hardship. The hardship comes of life and we can be directed enough to balance that with things we love.
I guess that is the wisdom of the late fifties. We are on the back side and do have more time to care for ourselves. We should teach it to teens so they know the law of balance and that they safely create that for themselves. Balance of good and bad, happy and sad, gentle and tough, yin/yang, whatever poles you want to use can be mastered by going for balance so you can rest and create again.
Yes I do a lot for self care now and find it is the right use of money. Massages, facials, chiro and rest is key. These all create rest and rejuvenation. At other times it was other things that inspired oxytocin. We seem not to have time when we are younger yet I remember when we played we had the feeling of rejuvenation. Our culture and lives need to inspire it. It is a wonderful life! You must take moments to enjoy it, savor and rest in it and hold the vibe. It is the elixir to creativity and all other things. It is more valuable than clothes, furniture, art, money, all of it.
Covid gave us all time to balance. We got a moment to realize we like lazy here and there. It is good for our mind, body and soul. Taking care of us, allowing an exhale feels good and allows us to reset and get back in the game. We need to place more value on it rather than considering it selfish and luxurious. We are animals and part of the cycles on this planet. Rest at night and rest when you have worn yourself out is just the right way to operate in health. Knowing what we need and then providing it for ourselves by being or asking another for whatever we need. Learning this oxytocin space of life. My mentor Maria would say, Make love to everything as you move through life.
I am glad I am learning this now and hope to share it with those younger. It is the ticket to less aging, less panic and less illness. Find your safety and then use it as the gift it is. Cultivate feeling safe in the simplest ways for yourself. Feed yourself well, enjoy eating. Move in ways that your body loves and feels good at. Go to bed and really shut down so you can rejuvenate for the next day. Get up and start with filling yourself with whatever could bring in a good day. You know what you need so consider it mandatory and make it be.
Taking care of yourself is the way to survive and feel strong in this world. Cultivate a life that inspires and it will draw you in on the wave. You have to take time to be aware of what that is as it changes. Drop the story of the world for you can see no straight paths exist that work 100% to get some perfect life. This is a creative endeavor where error, crisis, surprise and magic happen throughout. Your never sure what comes next but your can begin each day feeling safe and filled by yourself.
By the ways that work for you. Because you deserve the best life you can dream and you begin with yourself feeling good and capable!

Dehydration is caused by not drinking enough water or by losing more fluid than you take in. 90% of people are chronically dehydrated. The right water is the most important ingredient to your health. Water is the force that wakes up the brain and flushes out the body. Science is verifying this is the missing link in mental health and wellness. Many medical practitioners are just learning the power of hydration.
Why is water important to your body?

What causes dehydration?
Stress, medication, dry and processed foods, strenuous activity (working out), alcohol, coffee, little to no fruit and vegetables, plastic water bottle consumption.
Dr. Zach Bush, MD, one of the most influential voices around hydration considers dehydration to be the epidemic behind the epidemics. Dehydration is cumulative. Even low levels of dehydration can cause headaches, lethargy, lightheadedness and constipation. Consider our blood is 94% water. When we are hydrated, blood flows to all parts of the body, flowing like a river. If our blood is stagnant or syrup, it can’t flush our body of toxins and poison. Additionally, one third of Americans have such a weak thirst sensation, they mistake the signal for hunger which creates weight gain. If you are overweight, it takes more water to detox your body.
What Kind of water should I be drinking?
The most hydrating water is micro-clustered, ionized, alkalized water made with medical grade, solid titanium and platinum plates. Micro-clustered water means smaller water molecules that are able to penetrate the cell wall. H2O likes to bunch together into 10-20 molecules. Think about a bunch of grapes as normal water. Using electrolysis and the titanium plates, the big bunches are split creating micro-clustered, hexagonal water.
The best water is also called electrolyzed reduce water (ERW) or molecular hydrogen water. Electrolysis splits the molecules giving water a negative charge. There is a negative sense of feminine power especially when it comes to our beauty, our sexual nature, our creative energy. Often we are taught that to use allure, beauty, the sweet smile or big eyes is not fair or appropriate in business and life. Yet animals do it, children do it so why can't woman? We all use our ways to get what we want and need in life. I am not so sure that any of it is wrong or unfair if we are being authentic.
Sexual, creative, spiritual and healing energy are all the same thing. It is just a matter of the ends used with this energy and where we put it. There are many ways to use creativity to get our end goals met. I am tired of the battle between woman about using beauty, allure, our feminine collaborative ways, our enticing voicing, our beauty to attract, our smile to lift and lighten others, what is wrong with all this? Why do we have to use mental processes, thinking ways, intelligence and know it all mindsets to be considered powerful? That is great use of masculine power and we can use it. But we can also use our feminine power and in fact it gets us farther than the other for we are woman. Using all tools and gifts seems more brilliant.
Sexual energy, creative energy is a gift of woman. We have an allure, we seduce for biological reasons. Men have physical power for biological reasons. They use that for themselves. We can use our way for ourselves as well. It is different for men and woman. It is perfect that way and I am tired of all the movements that constantly bombard us with mental ways of improvement and growth that are very masculine. Feminine ways of growth and improvement are equally important for the end goal is for a different gender. We can cultivate nourishing energy and men can cultivate power energy. It is different and supposed to be that way. We can cultivate both. It is important that we do for our blend is unique and important.
It is exhausting as a woman. Constantly being told to do things in a way that often in counter intuitive and counter productive to our body. Our true power is in embracing ourselves, our gifts unique to us as woman and cultivating them. It is not mental ladies. Yes we have mental but we are emotional and intuitive. We learn the world, move in it and use this energy in more health and flowingness. This is feminine power and it is equally powerful and equally fair. Lets get on board with this together. It is our genders gift to humanity!
