 Oolala! We are the woman! We have not been taught the true power we have within. It all relates to managing, riding our emotions, the gift of being a woman. We are different than men and their ways. We have forgotten. I was blessed to learn such wonder about being a woman and this well of power we have at a moments notice. We just need to remind ourselves and learn to use that well to flow with life.
I have been playing with these new ideas of womanhood I learned for over 10 years ago. It has transformed me and taken me far. I moved across the county at 56 to a new area and I am building a life here. I continue to learn to be in oxytocin, shift myself and redirect in pleasure again and it is yummy. A way to transmute, transform how you go about the world. I am sharing a class in February to share how To Be Your Magical Woman! It is not hard, it is nothing like you think. You are not learning as much as remembering. Once you get it, your body, your femininity, your womaness begins to run you. Then it becomes........ Oolala! What are the principles I will be sharing? This is the ground work. Once you play with this system, you will no longer need me. We have what they call Shakti, a well within that is ever fueling. It is natural and we just re-member with it. I begin with Manage Your Energies. It is the first step to flow. Your energies being your emotional nature. It is all about awareness and I have some tips and tricks that work well. Next we Relax and Focus. This is what is missing. We are in panic but our body needs the calmer state to solve problems and feel good in our body. We are embodying deeply at this time and like we have never done before. Feeling what true relax is, the oxytocin state of the parasympathetic nervous system, is FELT. You can not think pleasure, it is felt. We learn the way to tap into this relaxation quickly and easily. Present Moment awareness is the path to joy. It seems hard to us to live there but it is not. We just need to practice and really get what present moment awareness is. As we do it more, we naturally are in it more, our body draws us there. Some tips for that as well making it easy to access. Being in the body a key, the 5 senses and our natural sensuality. Play and Pleasure. A vibe that is full oxytocin creation. We are the playful ones of the genders. We bring in that pleasure of beauty, food nourishment, gathering, conversation, collaboration, expansion, caring for the community. This is our gift. We have a network beyond what we know just being woman. We learn to really revel in this frequency and be more playful with life. Passion in Artistry. It all amps up to this. We are the artists, We feel passionate and wonderful when we create. We are the greatest creators in the world, we create life. This passion is what we are missing. We get to autopilot and artists don't thrive there. Our passions fuel us with energy so lets see how to bring them in. Feel Your Feelings. These are your guidance system of what and where to be. We don't listen to them, stuff them, play for the crowd. Woman do sense recognition more than men and are sensitive to it. We could of started our feminine journey together here as it is the base of our power. We are masters of the emotional plane or the energy moving plane. Mental is good but the energy plane is where the action, movement, inspiration is. We are the queens of this but just haven't learn how to ride it. We are ridden by it and thus we run into issues. It is a playful course that will certainly have you giggle. You will find that well of power within, your intuition will grow, your step will have more spring, you beauty will glow. I know this magic and have watched it change me and so many others. We got to get our of being in our heads so much and back into the pleasure of life. It is our job. We are the woman, the flowers, the peacocks. Our power different but equally vital to us and the world. I look forward to you joining me in this 5 week course. Oolala Girlies!  So many days I wake up weird. I have had crazy dreams of past endeavors with a twist. We call this clearing. You drink some water and let it go. It is the past and if we dreamt about it, that is enough. I wanted to get into it at first of why did I dream that? What did it mean? Clearly I got, let it go. It is stuff leaving and falling off. We are in a time of letting go of this garbage of nonsense and judgment we have been holding. It is part of this wonderful transformation we get to be part of.
As the world shows us corrupt, fighting, power struggles, we are called to do the same within. Our foundations are rocked. The money system, the distribution system, the political system, the medical system, all of it up for review. It is quite noisy out there! The rule, "As above, so below" comes to mind. I find it the perfect time to let go of these structures we were raised with that simply are not true. Others know more about our health? That is our unique journey and we learn our way with support. Others decide laws and ways that are not aligned with the majority? No, this is not what we signed up for. These structures that worked for a long time are no longer in align with the consciousness that is present. After drinking my water and letting go of the dreams, I decided to meditate and listen to soul empowering chats that were in alignment with me. As I went about this and my morning, I suddenly got a surge. An Aha moment. A grounding into my body in a new way. I think this is happening everywhere as if I feel it, so do others in the world. I have read about it, heard it and suddenly today, I felt that Chinese New Year Shift. It is not just their idea, put the planets on which it is based, the skies in new alignments are changing the frequencies about us. It is welcomed for there are also deep fear frequencies that I have felt for years. But today, another level has arrived for those who want to partake. Realize, as we face these new issues around us, they are here to release. If you feel any negativity, I know it is hard, just keep surrendering, redirecting, letting it go. Don't get caught in it. Once manifested it is gone. Let it be gone and know it was part of the process to enhance your senses to higher energy. If we are filled with crap, higher frequency can't land in us. Part of the grounding is that we clear so more light can be received. They are almost one in the same process. Greater joy and light come in, it settles and then up comes the dark deep within. The light brings it up for noticing and release. We don't have to be those ways, fit into the old structures, we can be in our own sovereignty and think different if we like. It is all changing and some of the wackiest things are becoming normal so why not just express yourself truly! This is a wonderful process after our cocooning. Now we break out and find our Wings! Yipee. This isn't a one and done thing but a process we can flow with. Light, feels good, dark surfaces and out it goes and boom, new energy, new ideas, new freedom is felt. I think after all these years in this yuck, we sense it is no longer hidden to be feared but out in the open it all comes and then....... change can be here. I am finding within, a greater change is here. Like getting to the other side. So be gently and really tap in. A new way from all planets, all cultures, all structures is making its way here. It begins within to come without. So embrace this new energy. It will be gliding for three months to support us to flow forward. Ride into it. Any thing crappy that shows up, release it. Deal and release. Then back to the flow. It will be easier if you use these practical perspectives. I can tell, all is different now in just this one magical day. There is a greater energy we can let in. It is awaiting our attention. It is here to support a much more magical world. That being said, I am inspired to share an online class, Be Your Magical Woman! It has been quite long for us in this dark haze and I have tips and practical ways to bring in that oxytocin energy. It is a powerful time and the nourishing, feminine pole is flooding in. We begin with ourselves and overflow outwards. If you are interested in joining me send an email and I will keep you posted! As I write this, I will put forth the class, later in February the month of love. Perfect time for us to claim our power as woman and express it more fully. The universe has our back. Ride the wave of this incredible energy!  My whole life I feel like I have been guided into new ideas. I would learn things and say to myself, oh this is how it will be in the future. Many ideas I have played with have become common place now. There was a certain sadness that others couldn't see what I could. I can remember when a friend told me, construction will never go green. It seemed odd but I didn't let it question myself. We all like to be right and I seemed to feel "hit" when others told me my ideas were wrong or worse yet, crazy.
This set up some structure in me. Initiators don't have a big tribes. By the time others catch on, I am on to the next. I didn't battle others and just let them be in their own consciousness. I did always feel alone often in my ideas. Look at how those beliefs limit and hold me in a box! I will never have a big tribe? That's not good. I am so far ahead that I am onto the next idea? Maybe true but what ego that is. It is definitely hindering to think in these ways. Our beliefs are subtle! They support our thinking but can you see how that thinking works against me? My realization that these ideas will constrict me from getting where I am going. I love to help as many people as I can. Finding our tribe is so important for moving forward. If I consider I won't find my tribe or it is small, guess what, it is. This is my own doing. These are just ideas, they are not fact. They could be fact but my perception makes it so. Very few things are absoulutes in this experience. It was an "Aha" moment for me. So if you are an initiator or an idea person, be clear in your beliefs. This applies to everyone but for those who are leaders, who are innovators, watch having this mind set! I am sure it has stunted me many times. These little hooks were working against me. We do this often. We need to find reasons things don't work and create logical ideas but they are truly to protect ourselves and our thinking. Now, at this moment, I see how crazy it is to believe these ideas! How could they possibly help me? I could come up with many examples on how our subconscious runs us unknowingly. I don't suggest we dig into these beliefs unless they come up in the present moment. I often heard these beliefs when things seemed not to be moving as quick as I want. Our mind creates a reason, true or false on why things aren't going our way. When this comes up, it is a great opportunity to see how you justify why things don't work. We could even find stats, other thinkers to back up our reasoning. That is all good but it doesn't help you. Expansion always wins when we get in these places. Expand beyond, see what is in there and question it. These are the processes of growing. They are continuous but clues come forward when it is time to shift. In our world, everyone is grounding in on what they believe. They prove it, offer ideas, we all do this. But expansion, really opening and awakening doesn't happen this way in ourselves or outside ourselves. It is a good time to notice your belief and see if it is accurate now. If we are evolving, the details of our beliefs should be changing. Instead of thinking I am ahead of my time or so progressive it may be more to all's benefit if I realize I see patterns. Everyone has a different gift. If I see patterns then it is in enthusiasm I share what I see to help adjust perspectives. Those who care or look for those new ideas are naturally attracted. Those not are just doing what they are best at. Giving myself some ego that I see earlier is unbalanced. I may see them but I can't bring them into manifestation without those that manifest ideas. I only play one part. No part is greater. All parts make a system through collaboration. Just wanted to offer this to visionary folks. We easily find our tribe to bring in our ideas. We play a part in a big process that is happening everywhere on every level. Yes it is good to know your part, but when you get stuck, don't logic that the play isn't going well. Look at your own logic. For me to progress, it becomes important that large or small, I find the like minded. The size has nothing to do with it. If I check out and move onto the next before things are grounded that is my issue. I am more evolved realizing my place and who I need to find to support it than to give myself some logic that goes against the very path I am on. It is the dawn of the Aquarian Age. We are to find our tribes. We are to collaborate and move faster. This is the truth I want to have grounded. Knowing we all are magnetizing to those whom we can work with. It is time. This is like looking at a creation, an art work that is complete. Once it is complete, there is no more to do. If the what is, a piece of art, was what will be, then no more art creation is going on. Which we know is simply not true. Creating is going on in every moment. Look at nature. We live in a creating world. The art, creation, not yet on the walls of the museum is in creation. We won't see it until it is done.
Viewing life as what is, is complete and what will be, you are still creating is a powerful perspective. It is in constant creation. If you don't see the finished product, it is still in creation. That is what the New Year is all about! Like the dream of the winter garden! You can't plant in the winter so we visualize what we will grow, order and buy seed, dream where it goes, map it out in our heads first. Same with life. Greater still, this creation process is available each day. Unfortunately, we create the same old as we are on auto pilot. Joe Dispenza or Bruce Lipton would call this unconscious or subconscious creation. We are not trained of this creativity that needs the visual down time. The time of creating what could be by visualization. Instead the imagination is often used creating from a I need place or using the auto pilot which can dream challenge and make it real. We can dream accomplishment and make it real too. Athletes do this naturally as they are trained this way. A good visualization I learned is to remember when we were little and everything was possible. This really taught me the power of getting this feeling, this essence of the true you. Remember a time when you were young and felt like you were a superstar! For me it was riding my bike or playing in the creek pretending I was a survivor with my friend Sheila. Those moments when the world was your oyster! Really go back to that energy. I feel it so quick like it was yesterday. Really feel the essence of it. This a way to tap the true essence of you!! A power unlocks. What did we do with that power? Often we shut it down but with that quick visualization, you can bring it right back. The essence of you in power before all the trial and error knocked you down. The essence of that power is there. We all can remember it! After you feel that essence of you, your spirit, you little kid innocence, you begin to imagine what you want next. Using the imagination positively, consciously and with the sense of possibility, you dream into your desires. So from this place we get the opportunity, especially now as we celebrate the new year, to imagine our garden. Imagine wouldn't it be nice if ......... The ticket or key, is to be in that childlike power first. Then the blossoming of consciousness opens. It is not affirmation or day dreaming although both add unto. It is the sense of child like power with the ideas of tomorrow that you have the power and essence of you. It will excite, have energy, motion to it. It won't be about how do I do this? It will be about the magic of what could be. Different process. You get in the flow. You presently play with the ideas and watch where the energy takes you. I feel inspired about health and beauty. They drive me for myself and then others. There are a zillion ways I could promote those ideas and careers I could use. I've done many paths of this already and am now doing it in another way. I don't have to figure out the details yet. I just play in the creativity of intruistic transformation. We, through creativity, transform through our conditions. It begins within us. The full sense of it. The child like power. This is how I will create in 2023. I am building a new experience out west. I have very few answers how to do that. I never did this before. But I can consider myself magical, feel what I want life to feel like and really vibe in that. That is the key. Vibe in that daily. Vibe in it twice a day. As much as possible. But atleast a few minutes, which is quite a long time these days. Yet enough to swirl conditions about you. You are doing it. It is not a push and hurl. It is a commanding. I inspire you to do this lil practice. Play with it. Know that every creation needs quiet non doing to come up with the idea. The idea part needs focus daily in the imaginary way. That is the magnet. That is how I see it and am taking daily time to visualize my spring garden so to speak. I have dreamed it up to here. I just wasn't conscious. Now, with consciousness, I can have more authentic imput of energy while realizing the energy is all around to help me as well. It is not an alone gig here. We are to spin this reality together. Like a dance of creation. We need some kind, gentle, harmonious ideas swirling. There are plenty of the others. Right now, it is a game of energy and being in charge of it. The easiest way I know to do that is impress on the imagination, the image making faculty the idea I want. I just never it did it as consciously and consistently. We will see how it goes! Makes sense!! As I do, I anticipate a wonderful 2023 is coming to me! YIPPEE! Happy conscious creating to us ALL! |
