Years after the "Masters" came to my farm, I truly have grounded their ideas. Seeing the science, the new ways of thinking that prove the what seemed like silly things to be true energy management. That is what they called it and for these times, they are great hacks to living a more magical, enjoyable life. We can not determine what occurs, but we can notice our response and train better ones easily.
That was the joy of how and what they taught. It was easy. Sound and movement are quicker than thinking. I have this resonate in my mind. It is why Erika and I created our 22 Ways to Oxytocin Pleasure. Simple energy hacks through out your day using sound or movement ( which is really oxygen intake) to change your mood or what we call state. Also called frequency and vibration. They were of the Himalayas in the Northern Gate of Russia, traditionally considered shaman. I call what I learned, energy management for this vehicle or being we ride in. It has hacks and tricks to redirect it that are easy. The call for pleasure is that it is the highest oxytocin vibe and has joy embedded in it. It creates the oxytocin in your body that rejuvenates, renews, releases, relaxes, all the re"s. If your going to do a practice or a duty, why not add in pleasure. Calm comes with it, centering and truly the highest vibe we want. It heals. It is an elixir like water. A juiciness, a radiance, a beauty of glow. Pleasure is the gift of the body and we engage in far too little pleasure! Our class gives you 22 ways to plug into the pleasure vibe in just minutes. That is what I liked too. It was practical and fast. It felt silly though. After all my study, I never learned quick movement and sound to change my state. It becomes a game then really. How can I find pleasure, calm, learning and ease in this condition. You start by settling your body. Then you choose from you centered power. Not from the confused emotional state or reactive ways. You are alert but feeling goodness. Ready to take on the next thing in the highest state possible. All are rituals, customs or habits. We do repetitive things every day unconsciously. We can embody customs that bring in the calm, filled pleasure just as we have anxiety. Initially you have to notice. That is the key and most important step. We ride in a reactive state often and being aware of our unsettledness allows us to then shift it. I call it the Check In. Set alarms to do it on your phone until you remember. It becomes a great habit that between things you get a moment to check in. Then, you notice what you are really feeling. It is not good/bad, right/wrong, it is just a alert system. Usually it is a form of anxiety, frustration, doubt or fear these days. We can notice and then do something with sound or movement that immediately changes us from that feeling. It is that easy. I share this with woman in circle. I show them how they feel when they arrive is changed by the silly fun practice we do. We see it so clear and easy. That is how simple using energy or emotion are. And woman are masters of emotions. We are learning that. but we must be in the body. Often we are not. Thus the Check In. We can go through this rebirth of the world in a way that isn't filled with fear and anxiety. We can check in and shift how we feel quickly. We can see if there is a way to make the next move in pleasure and enjoyment. It takes artistry and creatively. But we are woman and that is what we love and are so keen at. We create babies so we can create anything else. It is our gift as woman. Artistry in creation. The pleasure sound you make with your exhale relaxes and bubbles your body. It switches you to the parasympathetic nervous system quickly and easily. Then you center.
