I share so much information with my clients and the world on energy. Energy is what we all are at all times. Energy is emotional. It is energy moving and the emotions are the body or power of movement. To have more energy, we continually are learning to master our emotions or the energy moving. They come and go, fly by us or can settle in. When they settle in, we often will get in a loop with our mind and this we call stuck. We get into a circular pattern of mind/ emotion and this is considered stuck or a block. We bury these and drain our energy, give us a negative lens to see life and drag us down. We all know of this and often go to self development to learn how to clear these patterns.
The real key, which we all have heard is to detach. It sounds so easy and lovely yet when in an energy flow, a powerful frequency, detachment is not so easy. This is where the masters where so clever I learned from and taught me a law I use throughout my day. Sound and movement are quicker than thinking. What exactly does that mean? Well when it comes to energy, the emotional nature, the mind, thinking our way past them or out of it, is the slow boat to china and could take us forever. Hours, days, weeks. Our mind can't make sense of all things let alone the question of why? It is unanswerable on most fronts and the great question of science and religion that eludes all. Why can be a rabbit hole or can of worms. Certainly there are times this is important but far fewer times than we realize. in the story of the Buddha, when he was shot by an arrow, he pulled it out. To lay there and consider who shot him, who sent it his way and why would be his death. We detach easiest if we move. Movement causes us to be present often. We have to use our mind to get up, read something, sweep the floor, go to the car, gather our stuff, the mind loop is broken when we must move. Not always but we can use this movement to get our of a loop of low frequency. If you run, you will get endorphins that will shift your emotional state, Shifting the body on the physical level will get you out of this unanswerable state or negativity. You could walk outside and breath in the earth. Again, this draws the minds attention onto something else and you are off, detached from what was occurring. Sound is the other tool so brilliant to shift. We all know the power of music for we listen and can begin to drive fast. Or we may cry at a song, or get very peaceful though music. It goes beyond this the power of sound. We could scream and that would get rid of that energy circling and shift us to a greater emotional state where we may laugh after we scream. In Aharaj Yoga we use this anxiety, emotional state to move and shout HA to clear energy. It is amazing that once the voice or sound is given to energy, it transforms rather than circles. It is expressed so it no longer is inside as crappy energy. We use these methods all the time unconsciously and we could use them simply to shift with consciousness. Our body, how it moves, what is does is very brilliant if our mind would not mess with it. It knows how to reset, detach and move on for it is a survival system. When we begin to see the magic, work with it as the horse on which we ride, we can begin to love, train and connect with it, ultimately allow it to do it's job unimpeded, we see it's mastery. It is quite a sacred vessel. Our body will naturally vent often, using sound, to another to reestablish balance. We feel better once heard but also because it no longer can circle in us, it is out of our field of energy so new ideas, emotions and inspirations can fill in. It is quite simple and actually quite magical. It is not hard, it is practical. That is why working out feels so good. We use this energy of not so good feelings, expel it in movement and create chemical processes in our energy that uplift us. It is quite basic and it doesn't need to take an hour. We can use simple movement or sound throughout our day, knowing it will sift this energy, these emotions very quickly and easily. We have power to release these endorphins, the parasympathetic nervous system elixir in a miriad of ways using simple sound and movement to detach. It allows present moment awareness. A final point to share about this emotional nature. This energy moving that fuels all of our life to move, is to recognize the emotion or state. You don't need to judge it, For me, over this healing period of grief, sadness and tears come up at the oddest times. Suddenly I am crying for no apparent reason. Instead of hold it in, ask why at this moment and go down the rabbit hole, I just allow the tears. It is short lived as all emotions are if you don't get caught in the mind loop. I cry til I giggle that I am crying and not sure why and don't care. This energy is present. I notice, allow or accept then move or use sound to shift once it is given that movement. We can use our negative emotions as fuel, as energy to do our tasks even. It is why if you scream, an extreme to share the point, express your anger, annoyance, whatever, you are giving it a moment to exist and flow out. We stuff energy, emotions, and this is where the problem lies and misuse of energy. So much energy is stuffed in hiding and it takes energy to hold it there so we get exhausted by not flowing with this emotional nature. We don't need to call it right, know exactly why, just acknowledge, perhaps express to ourselves or another or even a tree and it is out of us. No longer working against us. This is how we detach. I say celebrate for Yippee, you didn't go down the rabbit hole. You observed, expressed or moved/burned that energy as fuel and you are master now to go forward in a greater frequency and mood. As you learn this you realize, why it is so important to only have those things about you that raise your energy and vibe, because it is extra work to keep detaching and resetting. Hope this helps. I learned this wisdom and every day it gets more clear and powerful so we are the masters of our movement, our energy. It is mastery of the emotional field we are in. I call this energy management and teach it where ever and whenever I can!
