I like knowledge and philosophies based on joy, fun, play, ease, relaxation and flow. So many ways of learning are very mental and there is no experience or participation. It is just information. I was taught by Himalayan Masters and it was all about experience so I teach that way. They knew of modern life and that things must be easy to be applied at a moments notice. I have great insight from this and a unique way I experience the world.
We all seek more joy, play, relaxation and fun. It is the greatest commodity these days and so I seek to master systems that show me this and in a positive way. I find bliss in discovering these things as well as doing them and then sharing how. The deal with bliss is that it is different for everyone. So the important step to begin is define or know what is your bliss. It is key to realize it is a vibration, a feeling, an embodied state. Your mind, emotions and physical body are fully engaged and aligned to get bliss. Your spirit is the participant and is filled with delight and expressed through all your being and bodies! The above picture is what your energy field looks like in bliss. It is an easy line to say, follow your bliss but we need to re-member what bliss is and feels like. We have to observe what truly brings in bliss. Connected to your body is paramount. It is not always huge things or week vacations. It is momentary wonders that we just sync up all our levels of being and vibe in a full body smile. It is within and without. Many are so disconnected from bliss, not noticing when it is there and savoring it. Bliss is a sensual experience. All senses, emotions, body and mind are in a unified state. You are very present and high really. It is as if time stops and you want to stay in that pause moment. It comes in so many forms and my list keeps growing as I seek it. Finding your bliss takes the seeking or the intention to quest for it. Very much a thing to be on the to do list everyday. That is how I view it. It is something I go out looking for almost 24/7. Without the looking for, anticipating I will find it, it will rarely show up. Bliss can just drop in but it is more often found like all things, you are looking for it. It puts on a set of blinders and an inquiry. Like that Dr. Suess book, Are You My Mother? We go about asking Is this my bliss? Our positive direction very important. You can't really find things you are not looking for. There is also a discernment or a choice not to do other certain things that are not in line with bliss. There is negativity everywhere and often, we have to overlook or ignore it. The attitude of that is not for me and I am not participating is important. Using the will to delete opportunities that are not blissful. Making the choice to redirect when negativity appears. Use a tool to shift you away and out of and moving onward. A process of Next. No bliss, onto the next thing, redirecting toward it. The world has such stimulation in all directions so you have to be focused or it is easy to get lost in so many ways. Curiosity is also part of finding your bliss! We are continually growing and changing so bliss in my 20's is different than bliss now. Being investigative, curious, open minded and aware of things that tingle me or intrigue me are part of finding the bliss. Your body being will give you many clues for bliss is a vibration, an embodied state where you are experiencing not just in your mind. Senses are stimulated, your ears perk up, something sparkles or shines, you get a feeling inside of excitement. These are great clues that bliss could be about. Lastly, put on rose colored classes! Seeing joy and beauty where ever you can will expand and bring in bliss. Rapture, ecstasy, nirvana are not found without a positive view of the world. Looking at things darkly or the glass half fill will get those experiences . Blissful people see the world as a lovely, comforting place where the sun shines, people are kind and the world is supporting them to get what they need. These are the ways to finding your bliss that I use. They work. I do them day in and day out and do find bliss, magic, giggles, rapture, ecstasy and wonder. Large or small, I take it all! Seek and you shall find are the famous words to get what you desire. Once you find it, it becomes a game of following your bliss for it leads you in the right direction for a hell of an adventure!
