There is only one way to get out of stress and get into flow. Your body state must change. It is not a mind thing although the thoughts can effect you. It is not even an emotional thing, although you will have pleasant emotions when in the flow. It is a physical reset of your body that creates flow. You can't do it with just the mind or just emotions. It is an alignment that is felt in the body, thus called a "state". The emotions and mind are positive. Your body can't be in relax while your feel crappy feelings or think negative thoughts. It just isn't how we are set up.
The way your body operates, it must be in the parasympathetic nervous system to ride in flow with life. You are not in the sympathetic nervous system of fight or flight, adrenal stress. You must be in the other nervous system of rest and rejuvenate or tend and befriend. In this state, you relax, you are fresh and alert but calm and open. You observe rather than react. You move slower, you are using all senses, you feel good but peaceful as you ride, this is flow. It is not unproductive, It is more productive and you are in power. Your nerves determine your energy. Are they frayed, frazzled and feeling nervous as we call it? Are you rushed, behind, hurried, exhausted? These are the nerves of fight or flight. In tend and befriend, your nervous system is calm and welcoming to the world and what it offers up. You world glides, feels magical and you feel in charge of yourself, your authority over the world rather than it dictating to you. You only have those two choices, one or the other nervous system. You can determine which one you ride in with consciousness. If you follow the larger word and energy of it, you will be in panic or adrenal stress. It is how most exist. To be in your own heaven or glory, you choose this other state. You can create it with your attitude, your mind, emotions or physical body. It is a choice and a healthy one at that. For you only rejuvenate, rebuild, renew, detox and gain clarity in the parasympathetic nervous system. Life is not hectic or reactionary, It is abundantly open, aware and observing. You move slower to be able to perceive things and then act in accordance with what serves you best. I share the ways of these two systems and how to get into the calmer energetic state of oxytocin, the pleasure hormone. When you get this state in your body being, life has a whole new way about it. You flow with all things, less stressed, more graceful, more aligned to create what you want. It is all energy, all nerves, all choices of how you want to be in the world. If you do default you will be in adrenal stress. If you are a little aware, you can enjoy life more just by paying attention to your body state then change it. Once we reset our body, it will do this naturally for us over time. We are very mental, in our minds and disconnected from the world when we are in sympathetic, fight or flight. It is a reactionary experience. When in flow, it is a power position, a creatorship, dominion over your world. It is far more pleasant to feel this power and pleasure is an outcrop. Pay attention to your state. It is your tool of awareness to know how you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally. Each can draw the other into its web of energy. All aligned, unified in calm offers great well being, a flowing experience. I can be no simpler about it. It is not rocket science to have a greater experience here. It is about awareness, paying attention to your body and senses, noticing the world around you in a deeper way and acting from that calm center that brings the greatest health and joy! Stress is part of our life and there are different ways that are being suggested to help us cope up with the different intensity of stress. First, we must know how to change our perception regarding on the specific matter so that we may able to handle it with no pressure. Stress can lead us to bigger problems so let us ignore the things that might lead to these situations and let us be positive in dealing with the different challenges that might come in our way.

Thank you so for your response and thoughts. Yessss, perception is key to stress and we do live in a life where there is high stress. However, when you become more aware, there are simple ways that can shift us from this panic state. Yes it is often a huge indicator that health, joy, life fulfillment are not present and ill health can come out of it.. Ignoring stress is not a good path at all but gaining awareness of it, being aware of our body, mind and emotions, all of our being is powerful to shift it. They are very linked and often when we are stressed it is a a web among all those things so body awareness, even simple breathing can dramatically calm all our being and change the world immediately. I understand stress deeply for I learned through experience how to be in very challenging situations and still find my way to experience life of flow, heath and joy.It is a huge topic to be learned of and the parasympathetic nervous system is key. A basic understanding of our body and these systems goes along way to glide easier through challenge, hardship and fear.
