It a spinning world it seems like a good idea to Slow Down and observe. Lots of information to discern and decide where to put your attention. Everything has an alert feel to it so we are in adrenal stress. If you slow down, breath, review the situation you are in, you will make better choices as well as react less.
I find myself in the oddest of scenes and this is how I deal with it. I actually take a moment to just sit in the situation. I am more active most times but these days, observation seems key. Overload of emfs, and whatever else is floating around in water, air and food, are a very real health deterrents. We need to find ways to balance this new stress of SO much info about so many different topics flying around. Fear high, panic, and busyness is the feel. This slow down has supported me to manage and enjoy the things I find myself supporting. Being grounded so to speak in what the situation is. The situations we encounter are very different than before the 2020 event. A lot of new conditions that we are still acclimating too. So go slow. Take your time. Deliberately act and create. We can no longer auto pilot like before. It is a good thing. We must be more present and aware of the conditions. This noticing and slowing down from the intensity, allows clearer choices toward an enjoyable life. Know where to go and where not too. It all has changed so we relearn community together. In all my study and rabbit hole seeking, it seems to come down to the same story. Breathe, slow down, notice and then act inspired. Often this involves awareness to what is to know how to act inspired. This slow down is the solution. So simple. Around for years. Old people would tell you that. Yet we still seem to miss this more methodic pace. It is so valuable because you come from your center of calm and peace. You are clear in your energy to know where it needs to go to find joy. If it is not were you are, make the most of it and move on. Perspective shift is the graceful way to move from one to the next. In closing, Take Your Time. Manage these new conditions in a clear state. Release panic and fear by exhaling and taking a deep breathe or two. Ask what do I need right now and acknowledge the answer. Either do that or ask how can I make the next task more pleasurable for myself. It is not the task, it is the way you do it. You can come from your playful heart if you choose. Just ask yourself how to make it more pleasurable in the next moment for me?. Not for everyone else although is an added bonus, but pleasurable for me. Lots of love and peace. Play in nature, it will calm you through beauty as well.
