The Magic Of Life!

I live in the magic of life! It is actually quite simple. You must develop the awareness too. I have issues that are a bit overwhelming at times. I am facing my triggers, out dated beliefs about life and managing crisis out of no where! Yet magic and happiness  are attitudes toward life I cultivate through presence. 

Blessed I have been to learn from Himalayan Masters and in a strong school of spirituality to give me tools to detach and redirect quickly. It is an awareness that takes practice, learning and expansion. Nothing ever works every time so we all keep learning new ways to adjust to a shifting world. We are on a moving planet so there is no static arrival or landing for very long.  We ride the wave of joy when it is here and savor. We equally ride the wave of negativity too. The magic begins when you realize it is a ride. We don't hang at red lights or stop signs. We take the rest or revel in the joy. We know it shifts and keep going on the train.

 Magic comes into  life as we remember it is always moving. No matter what occurs usually, in 2 weeks you won't remember it much for you'll have more joy or strife that will take the stage. I set myself up knowing all is passing through and by. When you begin here, then a ride, a wave, a period of this or that is inevitable.  Once that is your base remembrance, then it becomes how will you ride through?

 One of my greatest keys is to find the beauty around me in all circumstances. That resets me into  a good moment no matter what is happening. The other day I was feeling down and as I stepped out to my porch and there were 10 gardenia blooms! That surged me into a new state. Suddenly the world had blessing and intoxicating scent.  I then reveled in that for as long as I could. All changed in that moment as I allowed the movement to pass into something else. That is how presence supports us to redirect. My mood elevated. Then the world looked differently. Things change through perspective not through the reality changing. Our way we address it changes. 

As we learn this way of moving through, magic seems to come in.  I find serendipity, synchronicity and coincidence occur when I am moving through things. The mind often wants to keep us in a loop. Not matter what is going on in real time, the mind is stuck at a stop sign creating tale upon tale. When we realize the way out of that is to find the beauty around you, the loop gets disrupted. 

It happened to me again this morning. I was in a bit of fear or lack mentality as I drove to the  chiropractor. I kept trying to shift on my way yet wasn't doing it completely although I was becoming more neutral. I got there and suddenly an old friend was outside the door. The joy of seeing him, the hug, quick chat and fullness he was feeling just jumped inside of me. I was no longer considering what I had been thinking or feeling all morning. I received of that blessing and suddenly lack had left. it was like a gift of reset beyond myself in magic. The whole small visit brought in so many others ideas, feelings and optimism. There I had allowed the movement to bring me to a new state. It changed me for the day. 

I returned home and an opportunity to help  another came in which felt empowering.   I still have what issues where here in the morning but now I have a more open optimistic attitude and lack is no where to be found. I feel happy about both interactions, continue moving through my day present to what is before me and I am long past that stop sign of thinking.

This is the Magic of Life! Really seeing the beauty, which nature often offers in a moment. Letting that beauty do something inside of me, I take the moment to receive it...... Then the movement, the energy flows you forward on to the next. I allow it to. I don't allow my mind to redirect back. If it does, I try it again and again. The magic will come in and work with you if you look for it. It is the path that brings me into great joy most days even in bad scenes. 

I offer this as a way to support you to embody the magic. Embody means not in the mind which is where the red light and stop signs are. You are moving and experiencing all around you from the body and often  the mind is not aware as it is in its story. The magic is in the body perception and the letting go of the mind. This easily brings you to new ways and magical happenings. The world is here to support you to become your best! You have to look, be aware, pay attention and know your mind is just a tool and perspective. There are many ways to see and do things. As we say, There are many ways to do the dishes. Open to the world around you! Don't hold onto negativity too long.
